  • When will I receive my order?
    The Netherlands: All orders will be shipped within 1-3 days, except for those placed on Friday afternoon and Saturday, which will be picked up by PostNL on Monday and therefore may take a little longer to arrive. Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Luxemburg, Monaco, Spain, Sweden: All orders will be shipped within 2-7 days, except for those placed on Friday afternoon and Saturday, which will be picked up by PostNL on Monday and therefore may take a little longer to arrive. Other countries within the EU: All orders will be shipped within 3-14 days, except for those placed on Friday afternoon and Saturday, which will be picked up by PostNL on Monday and therefore may take a little longer to arrive. *During sale periods and holidays, the delivery time may be slightly longer than usual.*
  • Do I need to pay shipping costs?
    The Netherlands: Depends on the amount, size and weight of your shipment, you will pay between 4€ - 7€ We offer free shipping for orders over 75€ Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Luxemburg, Monaco, Spain, Sweden: Depends on the amount, size and weight of your shipment, you will pay between 6€ - 12.5€ We offer free shipping for orders over 100€ Other countries within the EU: Depends on the amount, size and weight of your shipment, you will pay between 7.5€ - 20€
  • Can I track my order?
    Yes, as soon as your package has been received and registered by PostNL, you will receive an email with a track & trace link. You can follow your package's progress via this link.
  • My package has not yet been delivered, what should I do?
    It is possible that your package has been delayed by the carrier. We advise you to first check the track & trace code to see the status of the delivery. If you are experiencing any difficulties, do not hesitate to contact us to help you find out where your package is located!
  • I have a complaint about my item, what should I do?
    If you have a complaint about your item, please don't hesitate to contact us by email. Whether you received broken items or it has a manufacturing defect, we will do our best to find a suitable solution for you. hello@designbydouble.com
  • What is the return period?
    You always have the option to return your order within 14 days after the shipment date. Unfortunately, we cannot investigate a missing package without a proof of return. When returning via shipment, the track & trace code serves as a proof of return.
  • How do I pack my return?
    Pack all items in their original packaging. Please add your invoice or order number. Ensure that all items are packed with care, as we will not be able to refund items damaged in return transit. Print your return label and add it on the package.
